Shipping Policy

We ship exclusively within Australia. All orders are processed, printed, and shipped via Printful.

Shipping Rates:

  • First shirt: $10.49 AUD
  • Each additional shirt: $1.90 AUD

Please allow 3–7 business days for printing and fulfillment, and an additional 2–5 business days for standard delivery within Australia.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Our products are custom-made to order, printed on-demand specifically for you. Because of this personalized production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color choices.

Please double-check our size guides on the product page before placing your order to ensure a perfect fit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, has a clear printing defect, or contains the wrong items, we will gladly issue a free replacement or full refund.

To report an issue:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your package.
  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect or damage.

We will review your claim and coordinate with Printful to ship your replacement as quickly as possible.
